Insert Quick LinkInsert Quick Links is a Windows Live Writer plugin geared toward the type of linking where you open a browser, do a quick search, check the site, copy and then paste the link.

Insert Quick Links streamlines this process. Click the Insert Quick Link entry in the insert dropdown menu and/or sidebar to open a simple browser window (note: uses Internet Explorer). The simple browsers opens at Google. Perform your search the way you would do otherwise. Once you have found a link/site that satisfies your needs, click it. The URL is immediately entered in the URL field for the link you’re building.

Add the linked text (anchor text) in the Text field and at the press of a button your link is inserted.

    Guus, I just checked and the site is up. In case a site would go down permanently I will mirror the file(s) until told not to.
